Have you ever experienced the power of an apology?  A sincere "I'm sorry" can go a long way to diffuse difficult situations.  Long-standing barriers can be broken down.  Friendships can be restored with two simple words.

God also responds well to "I'm sorry."  For Christians, it is great to have a rhythm of repentance where we go to God daily and ask for forgiveness.
